1.Vacuum: open the vacuum pump, If device is not working properly，check to see if vacuum equipment is leaking, the bottle mouth is sealed, and rotating shaft seal ring is intact. The external vacuum tube connected to vacuum switch can adjust slightly the best recovery rate and evaporation speed. 

2. Charging: using vacuum negative pressure, liquid flow into the rotary flask automatically through a hose. Liquid material should not exceed half of the rotary bottle. The apparatus can achieve continuous feeding, When feeding, should pay attention to: (1) Turn off the vacuum pump.

(2) Stop heating.

(3) To prevent back-flow, after the evaporation finish, slowly open the feeding tube plug.
  
3. Heating: the instrument equipped with specially designed lift water bath, adding water into the water bath first, and then power on, temperature control dial 0 - 399 ℃ for reference. As a result of the thermal inertia of the existence, the actual water temperature is higher than the preset temperature at 2 degrees, can use the correction setting values, such as: you need the water temperature of 40 degrees, the thermostat set at 38 degrees. Precise water temperature use thermometer to directly measure. Rotary flask  into the water 1/3-1/2. After using, please power off.

4. Rotation: open the control box switch, can adjust knob to the optimal evaporation speed. Pay attention to avoiding the water resonance wave.

5. Connect to the cooling water.

6. Recovering solvent: turn off the vacuum pump, open feeder switch, gas, release solvent of collection flask.
