The solution has the following:
1.Empty the solvent and test the empty bottle.
2.Vacuum oil pump for oil or water, cleaning and maintenance.
3.Detect along the vacuum pipeline section by section and eliminate.
4. Reassemble, wipe the glass wool core plate grinding, clean the silicone grease, and tighten the flanges.
5. Cleaning.
6. Update or fix.
