The following describes the structural installation of R-1005(5 liter rotary evaporator), R-1010(10 liter rotary evaporator), R-1020(20 liter rotary evaporator), and R-1050(rotary vacuum evaporator 50l) :
Ready to install

1.Open the packing box,please check the packing list to check whether the parts are complete,such as the lack of parts,please contact the company.

2.Remove the residue on the glass parts before assembly,keep the glass contact surface clean,apply the vacuum grease on both sides of the sealing ring before installing the sealing ring before installing the sealing ring.

3.Ready to install the neccesary tools,the six party wrench,screwdriver,etc,.

Vertical pole installation

The upper vertical rod is rotated in a clockwise direction,and the lower vertical rod is connected together(as shown in the figure below),and the cross clamp,a vacuum table fixed frame and a condenser clamp fixing seat are arranged on the vertical pole.
