2.Temperature and speed setting
In the normal display state,click the “set” button,enter the temperature set state,”SET” identifier lit,temperature display window flashing display temperature set value.Through the “increase” and “reduce” key to modify the required set value,then click the “set” button,exit temperature settings,modify the temperature set value automatically saved.
Speed permitting,rotary potentiometer adjustable motor speed.
Click the “temperature” button to start the heating control,heating to allow the light to light;then click the “temperature” button,stop heating control,heating to allow the lights to go out.
Click on the “speed” button to start the speed control,the speed allows the light to light;and then click the “speed” button,stop the speed control,speed to allow the lights to go out.
3.Rise and fall control
In accordance with the AC,DC motor up,down the line of the standard line(see the rise,drop writing diagram).
Click the “down” key,the relay has a discontinuous output;long press “up” down,the relay has a continuous rise in output.In the process of rising,the output of the limit switch is increased,and the relay is stopped.
Click the “down” key,the relay has a discontinuous output;long press the “down” key,the relay has a continuous decline in output.When the limit switch is output,the relay stops output.
Note:the rise and fall of the limit switch to close the time limit,open when not limited.
4.Temperature sensor alarm or temperature overflow occurs,the controller will automatically stop the temperature control,”ALM!” The identifier is lit,the temperature window displays “Er-1”” a short circuit or open circuit of the first temperature sensor,please check the sensor and connection.
5.When the motor driver board has the following faults,the controller will automatically stop the speed control, “ALM!” Identifier is lit,the speed window shows the corresponding fault code.
1)”Er-1”:Power module fault;
2)“Er-2”:Motor blocking fault;
3)“Er-3”:Holzer logical error;
4)“Er-4”:Bus voltage under voltage;
5)“Er-5”:Bus voltage overvoltage;
6)“Er-6”:Serial communication fault;
