When the rotary evaporator is running:
(1)Wear protective clothing.
(2).The chemical reagent used is placed in a designated container to prevent the glassware from being broken, causing the solution to leak.
(3).No flammable materials should be placed around the instrument.
(4).Since the water temperature in the water bath is high and the water is evaporated continuously, it should be checked once every half hour. When the water level is low, water must be added, and the water is evaporated and dried.
(5).If the equipment fails, it should stop working and absolutely cannot be disassembled and repaired by itself.
After the work is over:
(1)Turn off the water bath and turn off the power.
(2)Turn off the vacuum pump, stop vacuuming, and open the vacuum valve.
(3)Remove the receiving bottle, pour out the low temperature coolant circulation pump, and then install the receiving bottle.
(4)Turn off the cooling water refrigeration cycle and turn off the power.
