Re-501 rotary evaporator notes and methods
1.Glass should be cleaned before installation.
2.The standard port and the sealing surface to be coated with a small amount of vacuum grease, increased air tightness.
3. Please locking the motor after completed the installation and not move it.
Methods:
Rotary evaporator speed depends on three:
1. The higher the degree of vacuum, the faster the water evaporates, the degree of vacuum should be not less than 0.098MPa.
2. The higher the water bath temperature, the faster the speed, generally do not exceed 80℃, the specific process according to requirements.
3. The lower the cooling water temperature, the faster the speed, cooling water effect is better.
