Rotary evaporator main components:
1.Rotating bottle: The rotating bottle is the core component that holds the material and performs rotary evaporation.
2.Condenser: a double glass coil columns is generally used. This structure can increase the heat exchange area and improve the condensation efficiency.The condenser is provided with a low temperature circulating pump interface and a vacuum pump interface.
3.Water bath:The water (oil) bath is the heating source of the rotating bottle, and the user can control the bath temperature through the control system to change the evaporation rate of the material.
4.Receiving bottle: The receiving bottle is connected to the lower part of the condenser, and the condensed solvent is collected and stored in the bottle.
5.Motor: Rotating the rotating bottle containing the sample by the rotation of the motor.



Maintenance method of rotary evaporators:
1.Check the instrument carefully before use, whether the glass bottle is damaged, and whether the interfaces are consistent. Pay attention to it.
2.Wipe each interface with a soft cloth (can be replaced with a napkin) and apply a small amount of vacuum grease. The vacuum grease must be covered after use to prevent the entry of lime sand.
3.Turn on the power switch first, then let the machine run from slow to fast. When the machine is stopped, stop the machine and turn off the switch.
4.Teflon switches should not be tightened excessively, otherwise the glass will be damaged.
5.Every time you use it, you must use a soft cloth to clean all kinds of residual oil traces, stains and solvents left on the surface of the machine.
