Maintenance:

1. RE-201D rotary evaporator , RE 301 rotary evaporator , RE 501 rotary evaporator, on the rotary seal, with PTFE and fluorine rubber composite sealing structure. Strong corrosion resistance, good vacuum degree. In the factory-installed good normal situation, users not to open.

2. Seal structure is in the left of rotary axle, maintain it once a week, scrubbed clean and coated with a small amount of vacuum grease (7,501 recommended vacuum grease)

3. Left special seals are key parts for good gas tightness. If it is incompatible with solvent (swelling, weight, etc), can use acetone, ethyl acetate or chloroform, special-purpose seals.

4. If the axis is loose and not turning, available in the annex to latch into the small holes at the bottom of the main shaft snap tighten the little plastic spinning on the spindle apparatus, disassembled and vice verse.
After-sale Service:

1.This machine under normal conditions, due to manufacturing quality reasons, our company are responsible for maintenance within 12 months from the date of shipment. Because of improper use to damage, the company takes repair costs according to practical condition. 

2.Glass instrument damage and Sealing ring easy to broke are not in the warranty.
