Ready to install

1. Open the packing box, please check the packing list to check whether the parts are complete, such as the lack of parts, please contact the company.

2. Remove the residue on the glass parts before assembly, keep the glass contact surface clean; apply the vacuum grease on both sides of the sealing ring before installing the sealing ring.

3. Ready to install the necessary tools, the six party wrench, screwdriver, etc..

 

Vertical pole installation

The upper vertical rod is rotated in a clockwise direction, and the lower vertical rod is connected together, and the cross clamp, a vacuum table fixed frame and a condenser clamp fixing seat are arranged on the vertical pole.

 

Installation of rotating shaft

The O type trap is arranged on the rotating shaft of the glass, and the rotating shaft is arranged in the nose, and the O type ring on the glass rotating shaft is close to the nose shell. 

 

Three way bottle installation

Will the lower port of the three-way bottle size a three-way bottle fixing nut, then the fixed nut block trap in lower three-way bottle neck, the flange sealing washer is inserted into the aperture of a three-way bottle, finally will be equipped with flange sealing gasket through the bottle into the glass rotating shaft in the upper end of the mouth, the three-way bottle fixing nut to the proper tightening. 

 

Installation of glass bottles

The Teflon sealing ring icon sets in the installed glass rotating shaft in sequence, and then spin the bottle retaining nut sleeve in spinner flask root, retainer ring is sheathed on the spin the bottle neck. Spin the bottle: by an internal hexagonal wrench insert headstock (left the bias direction) holes in the rotating shaft to rotate the shaft hole and the base hole place coincidence, the inner hexagonal spanner in into a period of the rotation axis can't turn again until, finally, the equipped with fixed nut and a check ring spin the bottle is sheathed on the glass rotating shaft neck, tighten spin the bottle fixing nut, turning axis of rotation, so that the smooth rotation with the shaft center line.
